Samuel ‘Sandy’ Andrew Ziplow, 67, died June 15. He was the husband of Ellyn (Dicker) Ziplow. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Morris ‘Zip’ and Natalie (Ratner) Ziplow. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Paige and Matthew and Matthew’s wife Virna; his brother Alan Mendelson and his wife Peggy; his brother-in-law Henry Dicker and his wife Tracy; a niece, nephews and many cousins and extended family.
