Betty Puklin, 87 of Delray Beach, Fla., formerly of Hamden, died Oct. 11. She was the wife of Richard H. Puklin. She in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Irving and Rose Benzel. She is survived by her children, Heidi Parlato and Alan Puklin; her grandchildren, Rachel Puklin and Sarah Puklin; and her brother Stanley Benzel. She was also predeceased by her sister Florence Cohen and Jack Benzel.
