Lois (“Loie”) Fisher Seder, 88, of Palm Desert, Calif., formerly of West Hartford, died Sept. 2.  She was the widow of Warren Jay (“Dee”) Seder. Born in Worcester, Mass., she grew up with two younger brothers, Conrad and Philip. She is survived by her brother Philip; her daughters Lauren, Elizabeth and Carol; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Jacob, Jenna, Taylor, Kyle, Cooper and Carter; her great-grandson Leon; and several nieces and nephews.
