Elliot S. Brause, 83, of New Haven, died Sept. 6. He was the husband of Judith Weiner Brause. Born in New Haven, he was the only child of Harold and Clare Brause. He was a member of B’nai Jacob Synagogue and served the Board of Camp Laurelwood in Madison. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, David Brause and his wife Elizabeth Coppage of Guilford, and Lisa Brause and her husband Myles Standish III of Los Angeles, Calif.; and his grandson, Joshua Harold Brause.
