Joel Henry Ratner, 81, of Stamford, has died. He was the husband of Marsha Lotstein Ratner. Born in Bridgeport and raised in Fairfield, he was the son of the late Sylvia and August Ratner. Martha Lotstein. He was member of Agudath Sholom Synagogue He was also predeceased by his brothers, Howard and Michael. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Catherine and her husband Ed, and Judy and her husband Peter; his grandchildren, David, Amy and Matthew Granelli and Hannah, Eve and Evan LaForte; and many nieces and nephews.
