Elizabeth Porter, 66, of Albany, N.Y., formerly of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Stamford, died March 12. Born in Leningrad, Russia, she was the daughter of Abram and Tsiva Brikker. In 1979, at 26, Elizabeth, left Leningrad to start anew in the U.S. with her husband and two-year-old daughter., where she raised two daughters. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and two grandsons.
