Matthew Perlstein, 74, of South Glastonbury, died Feb. 19. He was the husband of Marla (Nedelman) Perlstein. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Abraham and Sarah (Cohen) Perlstein. He was veteran of the U.S. Armed Services serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Congregation Kol Haverim in Glastonbury. In addition to his wife, he is survived his brother Joel Perlstein of San Francisco, Calif., his honorary daughter Reagan Stone; and his honorary grandchildren, Lucille and William Sellerberg.
