Leonard C. Gold, 96, of Delray Beach, Fla., died Jan. 11. He was the widower of Phyllis Gold. Born in Stamford, he was the son of the late Nathan and Rose (Privin) Gold. He served in the United States Navy in 1943 and then again during the Korean Conflict. He was a lifelong member of Agudath Shalom Synagogue in Stamford, where he served on the board. He is survived by his children, Richard Gold and his wife Nancy, David Gold and his wife Lynn, and Deborah Gold; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and his brother Robert Gold. He was also predeceased by his brothers Joseph, Morris and Bernard.
