Toby (Cron) Neuwirth, 84, of West Hartford, formerly of Bloomfield, died Dec. 14. She was the wife of Joel Neuwirth. Born in Waltham, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Morris and Pauline (Fishberg) Cron. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Rachel, Sharon, and Bruce and his wife wife Nancy; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Jessica, and Zachary.
