Arlene (Shoopsilsky) Barenbaum, 79, of Delray Beach, Fla., formerly of Windsor Locks, died Nov. 24. She was the widow of Robert Barenbaum. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Max and Beatrice (Flitt) Shoopsilsky. She is survived by her sons, Michael Barenbaum of East Hartford, Jeffrey Barenbaum and his wife Rene of Mission Viejo, Calif., Steven Barenbaum of Springfield, Mass., and Neil Barenbaum and his wife Danielle of Bristol; her grandsons Jeffrey Barenbaum and his wife Carla, and Cory Barenbaum and his wife Holly; her great-grandchildren, Blaine, Brielle and Trace; and her sister Iris Glater of Newington.
