Keith Justin Bell, 68, of Bloomfield, died Oct. 27. He was the husband of Eleanor M. Cooper. Born in Bridgeport and raised in Fairfield, he was the son of the late Sidney and Gertrude (Olson) Bell. He was also predeceased by his sister Barbara Moskowitz. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Katherine and her husband Ryan Eves, and Scott Bell and his wife Leslie; his grandchildren, Harper and Quinn Eves, and Braxton Bell; his step-children, Amy Burns and her husband Kevin, and their children Declan and Liam Burns, and Andrew Saltzman and his wife Leah Fitzgerald.
