Brian David (“Daddy-o”), 54, of Simsbury, died Sept. 21. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Dr. Eugene Flaxman and Sandra Mostow Flaxman. He is survived by Jody Flaxman, Samuel Louis Flaxman, Ross Harris Flaxman and his sisters Denise Wilbur and Sharon Flaxman.
