Ted Youlovsky, 75, of Boca Raton, Fla., died Aug. 8. He was the husband of Gladys Youlovsky. Born Hartford, he was the son of Abe and Hortie Youlovsky. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three   stepchildren, Bob (Fran), Shari (George), and Karen (Jeff); and three grandchildren; Jake, Ben and Daniel.
