Mildred (Lassoff) Wellins, 91, of Port Charlotte, Fla., formerly of West Hartford and Bloomfield, died Aug. 10. She was the widow of Gerald A. Wellins. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ida (Buchalter) Lassoff. She is survived by three children, Richard S. Wellins and his wife, Ellen, of Pittsburgh, Pa., Robert M. Wellins of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Judith W. Sagor of Albany, N.Y.; eight grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Daniel, Michael, Blake, and CJ Wellins, and Jeffrey and Julianna Sagor; and two great-grandchildren.
