Ruth Bransky Smith, 91, formerly of Bloomfield and West Hartford, died July 29. She was the widow of Harry Smith. She is survived by her children, Ellen Litinger and her husband Neal of Paramus, N.J., Robert Smith and his wife Beverly of South Windsor, and Steven Smith and his wife Carey of Delray Beach, Fla.; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; her brother Marvin Bransky and his wife Terri of Hypoluxo, Fla.; and countless nieces, nephews and their families.
