Renee’ (Gewirtzman) Glassner, 87, of Hamden, died June 26. She was the widow of Martin I. Glassner. Born in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Anna Gewirtzman. She is survived by her children, Shulamis “Cindy” Golub and her husband Shlomo of Israel, Aleta Glassner of Hamden, and Karen Abrahams and her husband Richard of Newton Centre, Mass.; her brother Irving Gewirtzman of Queens, N.Y.; her grandchildren, Sara, Moshe, Tova, Bracha, Henny, Shira, Ahuva, Leah, Benjamin, and Marisa; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her brother David Gewirtzman.
