Harriet Joyce Karger Kei, 92, of West Hartford, died June 5. She was the widow of Sigmund Kei, z”l. She was the daughter of Rose and Nathan Karger, z”l. She was a member of Congregation Beth Israel. She is survived by her children, Neil, Stephen and Leslie, and their families. She was also predeceased by her son-in-law, Jeffrey Rahn, z”l.
