West Hartford – Hebrew Senior Care, which was recently approved to change the hospital’s license from a Chronic Disease facility to a Hospital for Mentally Ill Persons, will host an open house on Wednesday, June 19 at Hoffman SummerWood, located at 160 Simsbury Road in West Hartford. The facility’s leadership team will be on hand to share Hebrew Senior Care’s plan for the future and to answer questions people may have.  Those interested may attend any one of three one-and-a-half hour sessions: 9 – 10:30 a.m.; 1 – 2:30 p.m.; 4:30 – 6 p.m.
