Marilyn (Yalen) Stern, 90, of Vancouver, Wash., formerly of Bloomfield, died April 29. She was the widow of Elliott Stern. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Betty (Kaminsky) Yalen. She is survived by her daughters, Robin L. Stern and her husband Potter Stewart Jr. of Brattleboro, Vt., and Beth Stern and her partner Donald Grady of Vancouver, Wash.; and her grandchildren, Sybil Rebecca (Idelkope) Przeszlowski and her husband Andrzej Przeszlowski of Cape Elizabeth, Me., and Isabel Maryann Stewart of Brattleboro, Vt.
