Myrna Mae (Pasternak) Kahan of Bloomfield, formerly of Waterbury, died May 9. She was the widow of Dr. Robert Kahan of Waterbury. Born in Waterbury, she was the daughter of the late Rhoda and Irving Pasternak. She was a member of Beth Hillel Synagogue in Bloomfield. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Kahan of Buffalo, N.Y., Nancy Asnes and her husband David Asnes of Avon, and Diane Kahan and her partner Francesca Sutton of East Haven; her grandchildren Mara and Ian Bystock, Rachel and Andrew Asnes; and also her sisters Barbara Pasternak of Rocky Hill, and Ricki Cohen of California. She was also predeceased by her son Mark Kahan.
