Judith “Judy” Liebman, 77, of West Hartford, CT, died March 19. She was the wife of William Liebman. Born in Winsted, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Dora Baker. She was also predeceased by her sister Susan Baker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Cohen and her husband Andrew of Needham, Mass., and Sarah Kilmer and her husband Ryan of Charlotte, N.C., and her grandchildren, Ben and Daniel Cohen, and Alex and Amelia Kilmer.
