Dorothy E. Kelmenson Bieler, 91, of Hollywood, Fla., formerly of West Hartford, died April 13. She was the widow of Morris A. Bieler. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Morris Kelmenson and Sophie (Zamost) Kelmenson Levine. She was a longtime member of Beth El Temple of West Hartford. She was predeceased by her sister, Phyllis Luntz. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Bieler of Aventura, Fla.; her brother-in-law Irving Bieler and his wife Gloria of Somerset, Mass.; her sisters-in-law, Helen Bieler of Maynard, Mass. and Leah Perlberg of Andover, Mass.; and 17 nieces and nephews.
