Stanley Melvin Stein, 88, of Hamden, died March 7. He was the widower of Barbara Yurman. He is survived by his children, Susan Stein Massicott and her husband Roy of South Meriden, Owen Stein and his wife Bonnie of Stratford, and Lawrence Stein and his wife Jennifer of Hamden; his grandchildren, Sarah, Ben, Jacob, and Josh Stein, and Karissa and Robert Massicott; and his sister Patricia Stein Caplan of Hamden.
