Constance Kaplan, 88, of Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Manchester, died March 19. She was the widow of  Seymour Kaplan. Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Sidney and Freda Ellis. She is survived by her children, Richard Kaplan, Ashara Stansfield, and David Kaplan; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was a member of Temple Beth Sholom (now Beth Sholom B’nai Israel) of Manchester.
