Herbert A. Osber, 87, of West Hartford, died Jan. 15. He was the husband of Millie (Zucker) Osber. He was born in Hartford. He served in the United States Army. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Douglas Osber and his wife Stacie of Glastonbury, and Elyse Lassoff of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Jennifer Flores, Amanda and Graham Gill, and Jessica and Megan Osber; and five great-grandchildren.
