Bruce Balkin, 70, of Stamford, died Nov. 12. He was the husband of Liz DeVito. Born in Queens, N.Y., he was the son of Herbert and Gertrude Balkin. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother Stan Balkin and his wife Jamie; his son Gregory Balkin; his step-sons, David DeVito, and Frank DeVito and wife Molly; his grandson Antonio DeVito; his nieces and their families; and many cousins.
