Florence (Insler) Stolper, 98, formerly of New Haven, died Sept. 20. She was the widow of the late Edwin F. Stolper. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Leon and Toni (Lippman) Insler. She is survived by her children, Carol (Stolper) Canzolino and her husband Frank of Downers Grove, Ill., and Sherwin Stolper and his husband James DeVeaux of Beacon Falls; her grandchildren, Adrienne (Canzolino) Ciskey and her husband Daniel; and her great-granddaughter Luciana Ciskey. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Bernard and David Insler.
