Lawrence H. Wilion, 61, of Waterbury, died July 2.  Born in Waterbury, he was the son of the late Norman and Rosalind (Dubow) Wilion. He is survived by his sister Felicia Wilion and her husband Jay Frankel of West Hartford; his brother Mark Wilion of Terryville; his nieces Hannah and Emma Frankel; his nephews Samuel and Elliot Wilion; and his aunt Jacqueline Schmidt.
