Historical Society searched for family recipes

Do you have a treasured recipe that has been passed down through generations? A story about your family’s holiday or special occasion traditions? Memories of favorite foods or eateries you remember growing up? Amusing cooking accidents?

The Jewish Historical Society of Greater Hartford invites you to send in you family recipes and stories, with photos, to share and preserve for future generations.

For more information and to submit your recipe, story, food memory and photo: www.jhsgh.org/delicious-memories.

You may also bring your favorite recipes, old cookbooks, stories and photos to the Jewish Historical Society’s Recipe Collection Day on Tuesday, July 24, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the Community Services Building, 333 Bloomfield Ave.
