Ira Yohalem, 77, of New York, N.Y. and New Marlborough, Mass., died May 16. He was the husband of Shirley Friedman. He was born in Mt. Vernon, N.Y. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Matt and his wife Honey, and Beth and her husband Justin; his grandchildren, Jasmine and Simon; his brother Nathaniel; his sisters-in-law, Louise Yohalem and Judy Brown; and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his brother-in-law Mark Brown.
