Paul Eric Schaffman, 59, of Glastonbury, formerly of California, died May 18. He was the husband of Varda Schaffman. Born in Hartford and raised in Bloomfield, he was the son of Myrna and Marvin Schaffman. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his children, Alana and Scott; his brother Philip; his sister Karen; and several nieces and nephews.
