Michael Bloom, executive director of the Jewish Federation Association of CT, took time off from his busy schedule to give students from the Bess and Paul Sigel Hebrew Academy in Bloomfield an inside look at the wheels of government, when he took them on a tour of the State Senate Chamber at the state Capitol.
