Maxine Moncini, 63, of Southington, died April 18. She was the wife of Raymond Moncini. Born in West Hartford, she was the daughter of Ben and Margie Rosenthal. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother-in-law Mary Moncini of Monessen, Penn.; her sisters-in-law, and Marinell Brettell and her husband Richard of Jacksonville, Fla., and Roslyn Munsch and her husband William of Pittsburgh, Penn., and their families.
