Shirley C. Leibert, 96, of West Hartford, died April 18. Shirley was the widow of Manuel M. Leibert, as well as her first husband Melvin. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Herman and Mildred Cantor. She was a founding member of Beth El Temple in West Hartford. She is survived by her children, Richard Leibert and his wife Joyce of West Hartford, and Peter Leibert of Newington; her grandchildren, A.J. and Deborah Kritzman of West Hartford, Mathew and Sarah Williams of Simsbury, Nathan and Cheryl Mahoney of Avon; and her great-grandchildren, Sally, Sophie and Sadie Kritzman, Harrison and Miriam Mahoney and Henry and George Williams.
