Frederick, formerly of Bay Shore, N.Y., died March 4. He was the widower of Rosalie Fagelson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his children, Marilyn Beth Fagelson and her husband Anthony Kaplan Hamden, and David R. Fagelson of Washington, D.C.; his grandchildren, Steven, Jeffrey and Colin Kaplan, and Liam and Maeve Fagelson.
