Pearl (Winokur) Spigel, 97, died Jan. 29. She was the widow of Hy Spigel. Born in Philadelphia, Penn., she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Minnie Winokur. She was predeceased by her sisters, Francis, Evelyn, and Rae. She is survived by her son Saul Spigel and his wife Esther; her grandchildren, Jessie, and Ben and his wife Emily; and two nieces.
