Evelyn (Simon) Gilman, 92, of New York, N.Y., formerly of West Hartford, and Boynton Beach, Fla., died Feb. 20. She was the widow of Herbert Gilman. Born in New York, N.Y., and raised in the Bronx, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Dorothy (Wallerstein) Simon and Max Simon. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Gilman of Torrington, and Randy Gilman and her husband Henri Bolimovsky of New York, N.Y.; her grandchildren, Herbert Bolimovsky of Sunnyvale, Calif., and Adina Bolimovsky of New York, N.Y.; and her sister, Marilyn Kurland of Woodland Park, N.J. She was also predeceased by her sister Arlene and brother-in-law Jack Shouel, and her brother-in-law Richard Kurland.
