Franklin Fruchtman, 74, of Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., died Feb. 8. He was the husband of Janyce (Piscioneri) Fruchtman. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Jacob and Lillian (Dramin) Fruchtman. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Jason Fruchtman and his wife Michele, and Joshua Fruchtman; his mother Elaine Kaufman; his sister Suzanne Peterson and her husband Carl; his brother Steven Fruchtman and his wife Joanne; his granddaughters; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
