Ruth (Geldman) Federman, 97, of Longmeadow, Mass., formerly of Connecticut and Florida, died Feb. 21. She was the widow of Murray (Moe) Federman. Born in Patterson, N.J., she grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was active in the Agudas Achim Synagogue. She is survived by her children, David Federman and his wife Jean of Bloomfield, and Karen Blinderman and her husband Larry of West Springfield, Mass.; her grandchildren, Eric and Amy Federman, Stacey and David Fonseca, and Brian and Stephanie Federman; her great-grandchildren, Jake, Jocelyn, Sam and Michalina; her sister Frances (Cookie) Welner; and many nieces and nephews.
