Millicent Neusner of West Hartford died Dec. 24. She was the widow of Peter Silverstone and Fred Neusner. She was born in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, N.Y. She is survived by a son, David Neusner, of New London; a daughter, Jo Ann Neusner, of Cambridge, Mass.; and four grandchildren, Alex, Gabriella, Julie, and Peter Neusner.
