Sarah Katz, 87, of Longmeadow, Mass., formerly of West Hartford, and Boca Raton, Fla., died Nov. 7. She was the widow of Paul Katz. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was also predeceased by her son David, her brothers Isaac and Meir, and her sister Rachel. She is survived by her sons, Jay Katz of Pittsfield, Mass., and Mark Katz and his wife Laura of Longmeadow, Mass.; her sister Mimi of Boynton Beach, Fla.; her grandchildren, Randi, Hannah, and Adam; and many nieces and nephews.
