Raquel Fialkoff, 93, of Manchester, died Nov. 18. She was the widow of Dr. Ruben Fialkoff. Born in Pinsk, Poland, she was the daughter of Nejemia Levin and Nejoma Kaplan Levin. She escaped the Holocaust. She was a member of Temple Beth Sholom in Manchester. She is survived by her children, Pola Fialkoff and her partner Catherine Carter-Hancock, and Bernard Fialkoff and his wife Maria; her grandchildren, Kimberly Handleman and her husband Damon Wiener, and Jason, Meghan and Scott Fialkoff; and her great-grandchildren, Evan, Joshua and Alexandra. She was also predeceased by her daughter Lillian Fialkoff.
