Michael Axelrod, 45, died Oct. 18. He is survived by his parents, Cheryl and Chuck Axelrod of Stamford; his brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Courtney Axelrod of Wakefield, R,I.; his nephews, Benjamin Ryan, Shane Edward, Dylan Joel, and John Samuel; his son Jacob Paul Hermansen of Denmark; his uncle Ed Axelrod; his cousins, Joy and Greg Axelrod; and his aunts, Ellen Skornik and Sarah Schiavone.
