Susan L. Wrubel, R.N., M.S., 62, of Colchester, has died. She was the wife of William R. Ruocchio. She was the daughter of the late Judith and Melvin Wrubel of Bloomfield. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brother Jeffrey Wrubel and his wife Debbie of West Hartford; her sisters, Marcy Girard of Frisco, Tex., and Sharon Lavoie and her husband Paul of East Hartford; seven nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
