Edward Elukin, 92, of West Hartford, died August 21. He was the widower of Harriet Ruth (Beck) Elukin. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Nathan and Clara (Shachter) Elukin. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving as a medic in the Battle of the Bulge and helping to liberate several concentration camps. He is survived by his son, Jonathan Elukin of West Hartford; and his grandson, Benjamin Elukin. He was predeceased by his sister, Bernice Newman.
