David Marvin Adams, 85, of West Hartford, died July 17. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Herman J. Adams and Sadie Raphael Adams. He served in the U.S. Army Infantry where he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. Afterwards he served in the National Guard, attaining the rank of Corporal. He is survived by his brother Robert Adams of Bloomfield; his son Steven Adams of Windsor; and his grandchildren, Jacob and Sarah Adams. He is also predeceased by sister Carolyn Adams, and his daughter Robin Adams.
