Hattie (Kuniansky) Kaplan, 92, of Chicago, formerly of West Hartford and Westbrook, died May 21. She was the widow of Bernard J. Kaplan, M.D. Born in Atlanta, she was the daughter of the late Wolf and E. Sarah (Genitzer) Kuniansky. She was also predeceased by three brothers. She is survived by her daughters, Sheri Papish and her husband Steve, and Robin Levine and her husband Joe Loftus; and her grandsons, Michael (Nina), Jonathan (Crystal), and Brian (Eva) Papish and Dan Loftus.
