Gerald (Jerry) R. Berg, MD, 74, of New Haven, died Feb. 18. He was the husband of Barbara L. Berg. Born in Jackson Heights, N.Y., he was the son of the late Alban and Sylvia Berg. He was a member of Congregation B’nai Jacob. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Adam and Melissa Berg of Wolcott, Ver., Jason and Laura Berg of Northampton, Mass., and Melissa and Andrew Lawson of Woodbridge; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Alex, Emily, Samantha, Sarah, Ginger and Daisy. He was also predeceased by his brother, Stanley Berg.
