Malcolm Ross Selden, of Oriental, N.C., died Jan. 15. He was the son of the late Irving Selden and Irene Nesbitt Selden of West Hartford. He served in the U.S. Navy in 1959, serving on the aircraft carrier USS Wasp. He is survived by his fiancé Sandy Bell; his brother Stephen Selden and his wife Jane; his brother-in-law Robert Webster, his nephews Jonathan, Malcolm, Alec, David and Andrew; and several grand-nephews and grand-nieces. He was also predeceased by his sister Beverlee.
