Paul William Perlsweig, P.E., 67, of West Hartford, died Jan. 27. He was the husband of Abbie Sikes Perlsweig. Born in Salem, N.J., he was the son of the late Drs. A. Maxwell and Goldanna Perlsweig. He was a member of The Emanuel Synagogue. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Simon Israel Perslsweig and Benjamin Lavi Perlsweig, both of West Hartford; his brother, David Perlsweig and his wife Leslie, of New Hope, Penn.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
